Although all the polls suggest that the Popular Party (PP) will win the most seats in this Sunday’s general election, but still need to work with other party to get right to form the government, their only choice is to share power with the far right part Vox, this indeed happened in Valencia local election last month.

Spanish Prime Minister and leader of the Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE) Pedro Sanchez calling a snap general election after his party and alliance failed in the local elections has been seen as a huge gamble, but will this gamble pay off? All the analyses suggest that a victory for either side is a knife’s edge. 

I have no time to delve into the Spanish electoral system and I should remind myself that I am actually more in favour of a left-wing government and really against the Vox party’s view of opposition to the EU, immigration and LGBTQ and women’s rights, and that I should be careful when judging the chart.

Country’s Chart and Transit 

Here I’m using the 1975 chart, the return of the monarchy as the chart of modern Spain, it’s Ascendent is at 3 Aquarius and Pluto is around there, during the local elections in May Pluto was still in 0 Aquarius conjunct the Ascendent and opposite Saturn (chart ruler) representing the concern of the rise of the far right at this moment.  This concern is also shown in the chart by the transiting nodal axis approaching the country Chiron in Aries and square transit Pluto, Chiron in Aries could represent the dark history of the Francoist dictatorship. 

We should not ignore that transit Uranus conjunct the country’s node gives a very clear sign that people wanted to change, even if there is a risk.     

On the evidence of this chart, I believe that Right Wine is likely to replace the current socialist government.

Aries Ingress chart on 21 March 2023 

In the Aries ingress chart Spain has Scorpio Ascendant, a fixed sign generally suggesting the country will stay the same, Mars at 27 Gemini square Neptune and the Sun (L10), Mars also trines Saturn ( L4). People are not happy with the government ( L10 ) and favour the opposition party ( PP Vox ). 

L10 The Sun in Aries in the 5th house has no friendly aspect and support from sextile Pluto, this could be explained by the fact that Sanchez hopes that the resistance of the Spanish people against fascism will help him to win re-election. 

However, Saturn’s opposition in Pisces has no great dignity, but in the 4th house, it forms a sextile with Venus ( popularity ) and Mars ( L1 people ), explaining that PP is gaining power this year.   

All in all it looks like the PP has more chance to win, but as a fixed sign in the ascendant does not suggest a major change of the year, will right wine plus far right earn enough seats to form the government? I am not 100% sure.

Cancer ingress chart on 21 June 2023

I usually use Cancer ingress chart to adjust the situation for the events happening in the summer, the Moon Venus in Leo conjunct the M.C, are usually suggest a female leader, the female leaders in this election are the leader of Sumar party and Junta, will they become the key factor of this election? Or the Moon Venus simply suggests that women’s politics is the key to winning elections, in which case it will not help the far right party Vox.   

Mars also in the 10th house trine Chiron from the 6th house repeating the wounded history of the Francoist dictatorship may change the result of who will form the government.

Opening the Poll chart 

The election will start from Sunday 9 am 23 July 2023, I will use Madrid for this election and 1st house will represent the current government party, 7th house will be the opponent the PP, also I will use 2nd house to represent left wing alliances like Sumar and 8th house to represent Vox as they are ally for PP. 

Leo Ascendant and the Sun is the ruler of 1st house, although it is in its own sign but opposite Pluto and located in the 12th houses, this suggests Sanchez’s party are extremity weak, it form a sextile from the Moon in 2nd house, people (Moon) and his allies (Moon in 2nd) may want to give him a second chance.    

Mercury rules the 2nd house as the alliance for the current government, although it has no essential dignity, but it is right on the Ascendant, it has the dynamism that the Sun needs, this may be the key to changing the whole situation.

Saturn in Pisces has no essential dignity, but in the 7th house it is more dynamic than the Sun, but it is just opposite Mars recently, suggesting a vulnerable situation. This also fits with the current poll that the PP party will become the largest party in parliament. 

Jupiter rules the 8th house representing Vox the far right part it is closely conjunct the M.C and sextile Saturn the L7 and it is the dispositor of Saturn.  Vox may gain the power to become part of the government if it works with PP and it will have powerful influence as it is the dispositor of L7.

After analysing both sides, we understand that it is not easy to judge who will become the government by L1 and L7, so we need to consider other factors. Here I will add L10 Venus and L4 Mars as in the traditional technique the 4th represents the end of matter.

Venus as L10, the symbol of victory, is stationary in the 1st house, usually it suggests that the current government is more likely to win the election, but this time it is not very clear because very soon Venus will be retrograde.  This could suggest another possibility of re-election as no one has a majority, or maybe it will take a long time to know who is going to form the government. 

Mars, the symbol of the end of matter, like Venus, in the 1st house gives the current government more chance to win, although Mars is opposite Saturn but this is a separate aspect, it’s next aspect is trine Jupiter the L8, but I’m not very convinced it will give glory to right wing parties as it is in the 1st house.

Conclusion 

The transit on the country chart suggests a change of country, and as current poll suggests that PP will win, but Aries ingress suggests a year of stability and not going to change, also from opening poll chart there is chance that Sanchez will stay in power with help of his allies, if we consider L10 the victory and L4 the end of matter are both in 1st house. 

I also have to admit that I have bias and more in favour of left wing, so even at this moment the poll suggests that PP will win and form a government with Vox. I still think there is a chance for left win parties or maybe they will have to run another election as Venus is retrograde in 1st house.

I am trying here to apply the technique of battlefield chart, but I am not expert of this technique and reading it in traditional astrology way is another challenge for me.
So far I think the 21:27 recoding is a key moment, how ever we don’t have exact place, we know he is in eastern part of Ukraine controlled by Wagner group, timezone will be like Moscow and location should be very close to Rostov on Don because his army appear there before 3 am local time, so I decide to use this place or Mariupol ( 3 hours away by car from Rostov on Don ).

Does not matter Restive on Don or Mariupol we all have Capricorn rising and Pluto is 10-9 degrees away from ASC, Uranus near I.C. A huge sign of rebellion and in the Cancer ingress chart of Moscow Uranus in on Dec ( SO as Ukraine ) This told us that change of situation.

From the view of Battlefiled chart, Prigozhin initiated the action so it is first house ruler of Saturn, Saturn is on 2 house cusps, has only “face” as dignity, Saturn’s dispositor is Jupiter in Taurus sextile with Saturn. However, Jupiter has no dignity and can offer very little help. The Sun in the 6th will trine Saturn very soon, giving support to Saturn even though they are ruled by the Moon ( L7 ), this may explain why some of the Russian military will turn against Putin and help Wagner, however the help from the 6th house Sun control by L7 does not look very helpful.

Moon as 7th represent who Prigozhin is attacking – Putin and Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, they are represented by the Moon in 3 Virgo, Moon is in its triple sign, getting support from it’s tribe.
The Moon is sextile the Sun in the 6th house and is now moving away, explaining that the military are not really helping Putin at the moment. Moon’s next aspect will tine Jupiter in the 3rd, Jupiter is also the ruler of the 11th house, respond to Putin’s alliance in the near country (Belarus, Chechnya, China) with their support, Moon is Jupiter’s exhalation ruler, they respond to Moon’s request for help, again Jupiter in the 3rd house is not powerful.
M.C is the symbol of victory, M.C ruler Mars is in 7th conjunct with Venus which is L4 representing end of matter, as the L10 represent victory and L4 end of matter both in 7th house, looks like Putin through 7 house has a bit more advantage. But I am not 100% sure about this as I am not familiar with this technique, and time could be wrong.

One thing we need to remember is that Russia invaded Ukraine on 24 Feb 2022 when Venus conjunct Mars and Pluto and now we have Venus approaching Mars again ready for another conjunction however this conjunction will not be exact because Venus retrograde this conjunction will not be exact until 22 Feb 2024 another triple conjunction with Pluto again. This suggests that the development of the Ukrainian invasion is closely linked to the Venus-Mars cycle and this summer’s conjunction may change the situation but will not give a victory to either side until February 2024.

On the April 2023 Solar Eclipse chart of St John’s there is Mars on the Desc at 13 Cancer, and for Ottawa Chiron is right on I.C.

We we look the Astromap with this Solar Eclipse, we will see the Mercury I.C line and Mars Ds line near the location of wreck of Titanic, also the Pluto L.S line pass the same location.

For the 5 may Lunar Eclipse We have Sun conjunct Uranus near Ottawa’s M.C, strangely Venus is again at 27 Gemini square Neptune, no planet on the angle for St. John’s chart

As whole journey began from 16 June, 2 days before next new Moon, I will suggest we have quick look on New Moon on 19 May and we will find out that Saturn conjunct the Des at 9 Pisces 

The Ascendant of this Lunar Eclipse chart is at 9 Virgo where the fixed star Alioth align with ecliptic, Elsbeth Ebertin wrote

New Moon on the 18 June also has impact as it is the day the Titan Sub dive into Ocean, in the chart we have Chiron on Asc and we know this new Moon has Sun Moon square Neptune. 

IN the recent Full Moon chart we For Ottawa Pluto conjunct Asc opposite Venus and Uranus on I.C.

If we look at astomap for the Full Moon we will find that Saturn As line is on the location of wreck of Titanic  (41N43 49W56 ) and Saturn L.S line is also very close this location.

New Moon on the 18 June also has impact as it is the day the Titan Sub dive into Ocean, in the chart we have Chiron on Asc,  For Ottawa this new moon has Saturn on Asc and we know this new Moon has Sun Moon square Neptune which I think most astrologer agree this is why we are not feel optimistic when the incident revealed .

( Note in the chart I can not adjust local time to correct timezone ( NDT +2:30 ) so I have to adjust Event time to 8:40 to have correct chart.

If we compare the departure chart of Titanic Expedition 2023 and The launch of Titanic 1911 we will not surprise about their complicated synastry

As we know Transit Neptune is on Titanic ‘s Mars, Transit Saturn on Chiron, Transit Pluto on Uranus. Mercury Moon on the Sun and The Sun of 2023’s departure Chart in on Titanic’s Pluto, The departure time’s Mars and Asc square Titanic’s Saturn.

According most media report, the Titan dive at 12:00 UT 18 June 2023 which is 9:30 for St John and even the location of Titanic Wreck is 370 nautical miles (690 kilometres) south-southeast off the coast of Newfoundland (41N43 49W56 ). but I test it the chart does not change much again we have Mars on Asc and Jupiter on  M.C

Most astrologer know that fixed star Scheat is related to the Titanic as Mars on the launch chart conjunct this Fixed star however, today Scheat’s degree is at 29 Pisces 42’ in this case it is too far from Neptune.

However what I am curious is that 0n the 16th Dec it will conjunct fixed Stars Aldalbah. The name comes from comes from the Arabic بلدة bálda “the town “.My observation of this Stars is usually related to political conflict or important political decision , important time of civilisation or “ city “ , also related to the mass violence events or disruption and panic in peoples live .

If you want to know more about this Stars check what shit happened in 2016 because Pluto was conjunct Aldalbah whole year .. ( Yes, because this star is 1º 26 Declination so Planet can really ” conjunct ” or ” Eclipse ” it. ) Comet Leonard C/2021 A1 will reach its perihelion on 3 Jan 2022 at 15 Aquarius. The Solar Eclipse on 15 Dec has New Moon on 23 Sagittarius conjunct Mercury, opposite by the Mars from the Event chart and form a mutable T-square with Neptune in the Dec 2020 Eclipse chart.

The Solar Eclipse on 15 Dec has New Moon on 23 Sagittarius square by recent new Moon on 13 March. Venus on December Solar Eclipse chart at 3rd house cusp also square by Mercury from New Moon chart. Mars New Moon chart square Pluto in the Dec 2020 Solar Eclipse chart.

The recent full moon chart in Hualien has Saturn conjunct Ascendent square Uranus from 3rd house. 

If I use location to Taipei capital of Taiwan we can see Mars LS ( local space ) line goes to where accident happened.

Venus the ruler of Asc and 8th house was at 27 Aquarius, 5th house, Venus square Mars in 25 Taurus, you can say it more or less align with Algol Moon the M.C ruler was near M.C and in Cancer where she rules, trine Neptune. Mercury rules 9th house in 5th, at 11 Aquarius was conjunct with Jupiter and Saturn, and square Uranus, it triggered the Saturn Uranus square. Chiron was very close to Dsc sextile Saturn.

More interesting if you check the ACG Map you will find the Pluto Ds line was 3 degrees away from the Suez Canal. The Mercury, Uranus Paran lines was on the latitude 30 N near the Suez canal’s latitude. In my research of astromap work on mundane events, this situation occurred very often, the astromap of departure, time of airplane or boat has Pluto line or Saturn line on where the problem happened.

People are asking when Suez Canal will free from Blockage. At this moment they are expecting hight tide to free the ship. Is that possible.

Ever Given block Suez Canal on 23rd it was after waxing square, If we check the Full moon chart on 28th March, Moon at 8 degree opposite the Sun, Chiron Venus , but Moon also form an Air grand trine with Mars and Saturn, Jupiter will on I.C of Suez, this may increase the chancee to free the ship.

Also on the 29th March Moon will arrive 21 Libra square the Moon of the event chart at 21 Cancer, it could be seen as the first critical point, Moon at 21 Libra will trine Jupiter at 22 Aquarius, this also give us more hope that current rescue action may work and high tight on 28th 29th Mar may help to move container ships. Both charts look the Blockage of Suez Canal may be will finish around this time.

Pisces New Moon 
Pisces new Moon conjunct Neptune reinforces the Pisces themes of kindness, empathy, understanding of duality and ability to mix different things together. However, there was a Solar eclipse on 14 Dec at 23 Sagittarius, which still has influence at this time and the new Moon at 23 Pisces will trigger this solar eclipse by exact square. This indicates we will experience some shocking events until the next new Moon in April. These events are related to the Pisces and Neptune theme, for example more concerns about the Virus, Pollution, Gas, Seafair and Water. The December Solar Eclipse belongs to the Saros cycle 142 this series has a strong Venus/Pluto flavour in the mundane level, suggesting greed and corruption, scandal, sex or relationship or female. In the personal life, if you have Planets or Angles around 23 Mutable sign, check the theme of that planet to find the things you will need work on this month, for example, if you have Mars in 23 Gemini, the Mars theme is courage and self-expression. Also those events that started at the end of last year may stir up again, for Europe and UK it looks like the vaccine plan and Brexit could have new developments.
The New Moon at 23 Pisces aligns with the fixed Star Markab in Pegasus. The name is from an Arabic word مركب Markab “the saddle of the horse”, Ptolomy said this fixed star has Mars, Mercury nature. Roberson says it gives honour, riches, fortune, danger from fevers, cuts, blows, stabs. If we look from the view of horse riding, Markab represent the saddle on Pegasus, it is the saddle of the horse it makes journey smooth and stable, this may be an auspicious sign, allowing our society move forward more smoothly.

Syzygy of Aries Ingress 2021

The Syzygy ( the New Moon or Full Moon ) before Aries ingress has an important meaning to ancient astrologers who used this time to predict the financial situation and price at Market for the year and first 3 months. For Wall street, the Saturn square Uranus in 2nd house give us a warning about unstable market performance, both 2nd house ruler and Mc ruler are in the Cadent house which does not have power to increase market gain.  The Saturn in its ruled sign of Aquarius could suggest inflation. However, it is located in the cadent house for the Aries ingress Syzygy chart of most of major cities. That is a good sign together with Venus Exalted in Pisces conjunct New Moon.  It indicates that inflation will not be a major concern for the first six months of 2021.  Additionally, we can see the spending on leisure, clothing, beauty and fashion will be increasing strongly. For businesses, the spending on employees, personnel and administrative expenses will increase too.  Saturn square Uranus is an important indication of the financial Market. Saturn represents regulation and restriction from governments, and this set of planet aspects has a long history related to financial crises. Even though Syzygy for Aries Ingress 2021 does not support this, there is still a possibility that we are going to experience a down turn of the investment market, it could be May-June or between September and November when Saturn also semi-square Neptune.      We also should be careful because as Mars is going to trigger last year’s Eclipse around Mid-April while it conjuncts Moon’s north node, this could increase conflict, riots. A similar theme is repeated in the White house’s Aries ingress chart that Mars conjunct I.C. Mars in Gemini on I.C suggesting aggressive action in the environment and conflict displayed on the media. Meanwhile the 4th house also suggests problems related to land and house price. We should keep an eye on how these conflicts, riots and house prices influence market performance.

The Aries Ingress 2021 
In the Aries ingress chart the Moon is wild conjunct with Mars in Gemini, this tells us people have something to say, they are angry. For people who are living in the lockdown situation, they yearn for social activity. If the government does not understand this and prepare for it, Mars energy will increase and become fights and riots. Moon 16 Gemini, it was trine Saturn and now going to trine Jupiter this movement repeats a similar theme of free movement and says not to restrict, even if people understand the restriction was for their own good (Moon in Gemini trine Saturn in Aquarius).  Saturn square Uranus is the major theme of this year, it basically suggests the conflict between different classes, races, new ideas and old traditions. Fighting between authorities and rebels, big tech companies and the government will continue through this year. 
For U.S, although Mars in Gemini on I.C suggests the possibility of conflict and house price problem, Ascendent ruler Saturn is strong, Saturn square with Uranus trine Moon and Mars again indicates conflict between the races, classes, and politicians, but Jupiter, ruler of M.C and 11th was on the Ascendent suggesting government slowly leads the country out of the pandemic.
For Europe and the UK, Gemini ascendent and ascendant ruler Mercury in Pisces in 10th suggests an interesting situation that people’s voices will be the important concern of authority This could be rise of populism, or it could be government having no power and needing support from people since Jupiter rules 11th in 10th (or near M.C), Saturn rule M.C in its own sign, but in 9th house. As Saturn rules M.C, so the events related to Saturn square Uranus will be highlighted in these areas.     
The Neptune will be on the Descendent of China, Indonesia,  West Australia, and also on the M.C of East Europe and South Africa raising concerns about the pandemic development.  Mars will be on the M.C of Thailand and Myanmar and Central American countries, suggesting unsettled times in these areas will continue.
